Agreement

By purchasing or downloading products from Seaynic Labs LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Products

We sell digital products — configuration files, templates, MCP servers, developer tools, and hosted or self-hosted applications. All products are delivered electronically via download link, registry access, and/or email. Prices and SKUs in effect at checkout are shown on each product page at store.seayniclabs.com. Representative offerings include:

  • StdOut — cloud Solo ($12/month), cloud Shop ($24/month), self-host ($149 one-time) as listed on the store
  • Hone — free tier, Pro ($9/month), and other tiers as listed on the store
  • Other digital products — MCP servers, kits, and tools at the prices shown at purchase time

License

Each purchase grants you a perpetual, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. The full terms of the software license are defined in the End-User License Agreement (EULA).

  • You may use the product on your own machines and projects
  • You may use the product within a team if your license tier permits it
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the product
  • You may not share your license key with others
  • You may not publish the product files in a public repository

Free / open-source products are governed by their own license (typically MIT), as stated in the product listing.

License keys

License keys are issued at the time of purchase and delivered via email. Each key allows a limited number of activations (typically 3). Keys are non-transferable and may be revoked if these terms or the EULA are violated.

License keys may be embedded in downloaded product files (e.g., license.json) for convenience. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure.

Updates

Products have one of two update models, as specified in the product listing:

  • Lifetime updates — your purchase includes all future updates at no additional cost. Applies to MCP servers, configuration kits, and packaged content products.
  • Subscription updates — your purchase grants a perpetual license to the software. Access to new versions requires an active update subscription (monthly or annual). Applies to self-hosted Docker applications. See the EULA for full details on version entitlement.

Updates are delivered via your account dashboard and optional email notifications.

Security patches

Security patches are provided free to all license holders regardless of update subscription status. We will notify affected customers by email when a security patch is available. See the EULA for details on security patch scope.

Subscriptions

Some products offer recurring subscriptions (SaaS access or update subscriptions). Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (you retain access through the period you already paid for).

  • SaaS subscriptions — access to the hosted service ends when the subscription ends
  • Update subscriptions — your perpetual license to the self-hosted software remains after cancellation. You keep the last version you were entitled to while subscribed (your frozen entitled version), as described in the EULA. You stop receiving new versions, and container registry pull tokens for update delivery may be withdrawn when the subscription is not active.

Accounts

You must create an account to purchase products. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We use Authentik as our identity provider — passwords are never stored by the store application directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what is provided
  • Use the product to build a competing product that substantially replicates its functionality
  • Circumvent license key validation or activation limits
  • Use automated tools to scrape, download, or abuse the store

Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Seaynic Labs LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance.

Enchapter (kids reading app)

Enchapter is sold and operated separately from this store. Its terms and privacy policy are at enchapter.kids/terms and enchapter.kids/privacy.
