Refund Policy

14-day refund guarantee
All paid products come with a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. If a product does not meet your expectations, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will process it in full.
How to request a refund
Email hello@seayniclabs.com with your order email address. We will process eligible refunds within 2 business days. Where Stripe provides a customer billing portal or self-serve refund path for your purchase, you may use that instead; the same 14-day window and conditions apply.
What happens after a refund
- Your payment is refunded in full to the original payment method via Stripe
- Your license key is revoked and will no longer activate
- Your download access is removed
- Any active update subscription for that product is canceled
- Container registry (GHCR) pull tokens for that product are revoked
- Stripe typically returns funds within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
Update subscriptions
Update subscriptions (for self-hosted Docker products) are billed separately from the product license. You may cancel an update subscription at any time without affecting your perpetual license.
- Canceling an update subscription is not a refund — you keep your license and your entitled version. You simply stop receiving new versions.
- Refunding the original product license revokes the license entirely and cancels any associated update subscription.
- Update subscription payments are non-refundable after the billing period has started. You retain access through the end of your paid period.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined if:
- The request is made more than 14 days after purchase
- The product has been redistributed or shared in violation of the Terms of Service or EULA
- There is evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles)
Free products
Free products (such as open-source tools distributed at no cost) are not eligible for refund as no payment was made.
